This function is usable for AGORA customers whose manufacturer(s) have authorized them to use this service.

It has been deployed to improve the management of the after-sales requests, since the files previously sent by email or fax to the builder are now taken into account directly in AGORA, which makes the follow-up better.


To access the "after-sales request" function, click on the "Home" tab, then choose in the navigation pane "Repairs", then select "after-sales request".



By double clicking on the selected folder, it fully opens on the screen and it is then possible to print it and correct it if necessary.
