I cannot access AGORA Plus since the last update Print

Uninstall and re-install the program by following the steps below:

STEP 1: Uninstalling AGORA Plus:

START
Control Panel
Programs
Programs and Features
Click AGORA Plus (or AGOSERVE) to highlight it, then click Uninstall.
A pop-up opens to accept the deletion
Click OK

STEP 2: Re-installing AGORA Plus:

Click the following link to Install AGORA Plus:

https://agorav3.agoraplus.com/solmis.client.agora.application

A pop-up opens to confirm the installation. Click Install.
After the installation, sign in with your AGORA Plus Username and Password.
