It is currently possible to request manufacturer accounts for only the following manufacturers:
- Whirlpool_International
- BSH_International
- Electrolux_international
Exclusively for customers with a license pack
For all other manufacturers, you must contact the manufacturer directly. They will provide you with a customer number and password, which will be added to your AGORA account.
Please go to your personal space myspace.agoraplus.com
Log in with your username and password.
Select “My Manufacturer Accounts”.
To submit a request for another manufacturer or to add a manufacturer, click on:
+ Add / Request a Manufacturer Account
Select the manufacturer for whom you wish to request an account from the list:
After selecting the manufacturer, click “Next”.
On the next screen:
Please select whether you already have a customer account with this manufacturer, and then enter the account number and password, or just the account number.
If you do not yet have a customer account, please select the appropriate field. A request will be automatically sent to the manufacturer.
You can find all your manufacturer accounts on the first screen of the “My Manufacturer Accounts” section.
