If you are an identified partner from Haier, you should have received an email with your credentials.
Once Agoraplus is downloaded (see How do I install AGORA Plus on my PC for Candy Haier deployment?), use the credentials provided to log in.
You can change your password in the administration area, see How to change my password?.
Finally, if you already are an Agoraplus user, and you did receive a new agora account, thus preventing you to merge all your accounts, please reach out to support@agoraplus.com.
