To create a new refund or exchange request, in the banner click on the feature: "Refund or exchange request".
After clicking on the feature, a wizard appears inviting you to enter the product reference:
Check the box corresponding to the desired device, then click on "OK".
The request is created.
Now you have to fill in the necessary information in each category.
When a request is valid, an arrow appears in the banner.
Click on the arrow to send the request to the manufacturer.
It is also possible to create an RoE request from a warranty report by clicking on "Convert into Refund or Exchange request":
