To consult the status of file imports (Warranty reports/Repair file...), in the "Repair" category, click on "Follow-up file imports".



The list of imported files is displayed with for each file:

  • the name of the file
  • the import date
  • the status of the import
  • the number of warranty reports and/or Repair Files created
  • the error report


To view the contents of the imported file, click on the link in the "Upload results" column:
