Attention: You cannot close a file with warranty report if a part or product is on order.
Check that the end date has been filled in before closing.
There are 2 ways to close an intervention report with warranty report.

- By the function: "Repair Completed"
This function creates a status 305 - Repair completed" and proposes the closure of the file with warranty report.
Click on the function "Repair completed".
A status "305-Repair completed " is added to the list of statuses
A pop-up window opens and asks for confirmation.
As soon as the confirmation is made, the warranty report is created with all the information from the repair file.
The repair file is closed and the work order goes to the status "Closed with warranty report".
- By the function: "Close with warranty report"
This function can only be accessed if a 305 status is present in the list
Click on the function "Close with warranty report".
A pop-up window opens and asks for confirmation.
As soon as the confirmation is made, the warranty report is created with all the information from the repair file.
The repair file is closed and the work order goes to the status "Closed with warranty report".
The warranty report opens immediately, the information to be corrected appears in red.
When you have finished correcting, do not forget to save by clicking on the "Save" function in the banner.
When the report is valid, click on the "Transfer" function in the banner.
