There are 2 ways to close a repair file: with warranty report or without warranty report.



  • Without Warranty report

The Partner may at any time close the intervention file without WR (e.g. if the consumer does not follow up........)

 

=> click on the "Close without WR" function

=>a confirmation pop-up opens and asks you to choose the closing reason

=> click on "Closed work order without WR"

 

The repair file is closed and the work order changes to "Closed without WR”.



  • With Warranty report


=> Click on the "Close with WR" function

=> A pop-up opens and asks for confirmation

=> As soon as the confirmation is made, the warranty report is created with all the information from the repair file.

=> The repair file is closed and the work order changes to "Closed with ISG".

 

The Warranty report opens immediately, the information to be corrected appears in red.
